1. Data Controller: the data provide by the users, the providers, Ganboa clients and potential clients are recorded in a file owned by Centro Grafico Ganboa (hereinafter Ganboa), Polígono Borda-Berri 2, 20140 Andoain (Gipuzkoa), with identification number C.I.F.: ESB20524203 registered in the Commercial Register of Gipuzkoa, tome 1509, folio 191, SS-10076, Inscription 1a.
2. Consent: the interested parties mentioned in 1. expressly agree to record their personal data provide by the contact form or during the commercial relationship such as, names and surnames of the contact person, e-mail and/or address of the contact person and the identification data when the client is a natural person.
3. Data procession: this Privacy Policy is applicable to all personal data that Ganboa will collect, conserve or process during the performance of the service, by means of the contact form or during the commercial relationship. Ganboa informs the interested parties mentioned in 1. that the data collected as mentioned above are included in a file for the purpose of information, management and performance of the services by Ganboa.
4. Right: The interested parties mentionned in 1. may exercise their rights concerning the collected personal, and in particular, their right to access, correct, delete or object. Those rights may be exercise by sending an e-mail to ganboa@ganboa.com. If the interested parties mentioned in 1. provide personal data from third
parties, they have the obligation to inform those third parties about the content of the data provided and the purpose of this file in which the data are recorded and the possibility to exercise their rights. Furthermore, they shall ask the consent of those third parties to transfer their data to Ganboa.
5. Security measures and confidentiality: Ganboa shall respect the confidentiality of the data collected and shall use it conform the purpose above mentionned. Ganboa shall comply with its obligation to conserve and adapt the security measures in order to avoid alteration, loose, unauthorized process or access of the personal data.
